ICCPM’s 2018 International Roundtable Series launched in Sydney in partnership with the John Grill Centre for Project Leadership, supported by the series sponsor the Australian Department of Defence (Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group – CASG)

A big day for ICCPM today with the launch of our major thought leadership initiative for 2018 – the International Roundtable Series.  Hosted by our series partner The John Grill Centre for Project Leadership, the launch opened important conversations regarding the importance of leadership in large scale complex projects.  Delegates were a valuable mix of private and public sector Senior Project/Program Manager, Directors, Heads of Projects and organisational Executives, as well various academics and consultants, who drew on experience and knowledge to make insightful contributions to the discussion.

“It was a really useful kick-off with many insights that will shape the journey ahead and make for what I’m sure is going to be an excellent outcomes report,” said Collin Smith, Chief Executive Officer of ICCPM.

Touching on topical issues such as digital disruption, leadership styles and the effects of good governance to help deliver successful projects, the delegates have helped to set the scene for the rest of the series, by shaping conversations due to take place at the upcoming events in Canada, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands at the end of the month.

ICCPM’s thought leadership initiative is set to challenge leadership mindsets and practices to achieve successful planning and delivery of large scale complex projects.  To find out more about the Roundtables or to register your attendance for upcoming events, please visit the ICCPM Roundtable Series website.
