Keynote address to be delivered by Daniel Drouin and Jim Walker.

Daniel Drouin has over 35 years of experience in the construction sector, with 20 years of experience in project management, specialized contractors, general contractors, and as a representative for the client. He implemented continuous improvement systems with approximately fifty organizations in Canada. For the past five years, Daniel has served as an expert collaborative practice advisor, helping integrated industry teams transition to collaborative mode. He brought his field experience to promote collaborative modes as president of the Integrated Project Delivery Alliance (IPDA).

Jim Walker is the Operations Manager for EllisDon Montreal and a Board Member of the Integrated Project Delivery Alliance (IPDA). With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, Jim has amassed a wealth of experience and demonstrated his ability to lead effectively the delivery of such complex projects as the Royal Canadian Dragoons and the West Block Rehabilitation. Jim’s expertise with multiple contracting approaches places him in a unique position to share his thoughts about integrated project delivery methods.
