ICCPM Project Complexity Assessment Tool (PCAT)

ICCPM Project Complexity Assessment Test (PCAT)

The PCAT is a dual-purpose self-assessment tool that helps:

  • Determine the category and level of complexity of your project.
  • Assess the level of a practitioner’s individual experience in managing complex projects.
  • The PCAT is agnostic to industry, sector, or type of project
  • It is intended to be used when a project is initiated, when the project transitions through distinct phases, and when the project environment changes significantly.
