Description

This is an advanced level for highly experienced complex project leaders and is behavioural based. The following prerequisites apply:

  • ICCPM Individual Member
  • Minimum 10 years of project management related experience, with at least the last 3 years in the delivery of highly complex projects
  • Basic/foundational Project Management qualification or certification (e.g. Prince 2, PMBOK and other PM courses, certificate II, III, IV, or diploma or bachelor’s degree)

Evidence of the above criteria will be collected as part of the evaluation process. Alternative evidence will be considered on a case-by-case.

If you meet this criterion, you are eligible to apply for this certification level and will be assessed on both your knowledge of the CPL Competency Standards performance criteria, evidence of your experience, and your demonstrated behaviour as a complex project leader as evaluated through your reflective reports in response to the CPL Competency Standards elements, and a CPL 360° Profile.

Your knowledge will be assessed through a multiple-choice quiz.
Graduates of the ICCPM Cert IV in Responding to Project Complexity 10916 NAT or the ICCPM Navigating Project Complexity course will receive an exemption from the multiple-choice quiz as Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). All other criteria must be satisfied to achieve certification at this level.
Please purchase CCPL-Level 3 (with RPL).

Your experience and application of the competencies will be assessed through a detailed CV and comprehensive portfolio of evidence and analysis. This includes details of your work experience, reflective reports in response to the CPL Competency Standards elements, and an executive interview with an assessor. At this level, it is expected that the projects outlined in the portfolio of evidence will be highly complex.

If you have completed a CPL 360° profile within the past 12 months, you will have the option to use the profile results in your certification and receive a discount.

Please read the Candidate Guide for detailed program information, all Terms and Conditions, and the Candidate Code of Conduct. By purchasing an ICCPM Certification, you are agreeing to the Code of Conduct and Terms & Conditions.
