ICCPM SME Members Receive SADI Funding

We are pleased to announce the success of our fourth SADI grant application.
Through this application, 27 ICCPM SME Members received funding to support the professional development of 172 project professionals in complex project leadership.

“As a boutique law firm specialising in complex and strategic commercial transactions, we often deal with complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders, uncertainties, and risks. That is why we partnered with ICCPM, the international peak body for complex project delivery, to provide the quality training and resources to enhance skills and knowledge in managing contractual complexity. The Skilling Australia’s Defence Industry (SADI) grant has enabled us to provide broad access at a subsidised cost, which has been a great benefit for our target audiences and clients. The SADI grant has also supported our ongoing contribution to the defence industry of Australia.”

– Kirsten Dilena,
Director, Black Ink Legal

ICCPM would like to acknowledge the support of our Corporate Partner, Team Downer MSP, who continue to work with us to upskill their SMEs, and bring together training cohorts that include SMEs, Team Downer personnel and defence personnel. These mixed cohorts provide a rich learning environment and an opportunity to develop effective project teams

This SADI-funded project will give SMEs access to the following courses:

  • Certificate IV in Responding to Project Complexity (10916NAT)
  • Systems Thinking for Complex Project Delivery
  • Systems Design and Dynamics in Complex Projects
  • Effective Stakeholder Engagement in Complex Projects
  • Essential Skills for Navigating Project Complexity (includes Computer Simulation)
