Thank you for your interest in becoming an ICCPM Fellow. Before completing the application form, please ensure that you have read and understood the ICCPM Fellows Program Application and Guidelines, ICCPM Constitution and the ICCPM Fellows Code of Conduct.

This application form consists of two parts. The first part requests for your basic information along with an opportunity to upload relevant documentation such as your CV and cover letter.

The second part requests more information about yourself and will accept the $90.00 (ex. GST) administration fee. After completing the second part of the form, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please allow us up to 10 business days to review your application and provide you with feedback. The outcome of applications are determined by the ICCPM Board on a quarterly basis.

Please note: Submitting this form and paying for the administration fee DOES NOT guarantee that your application will be successful. It, however, allows us to review your application and suitability to become an ICCPM Fellow. We will provide you with updates and may request further information as required.
