      HI All

      Ian Mack, in his usual thoughtful brilliance, has put his mind to the topic and produced a paper to get our interests engaged and our creative juices flowing.

      I strongly suggest you have a look at his paper as preparation for what may be a really engaging conversation on Thursday.

          Dear All,

          Based on last nights discussion – my quick attempt at a generic risk this morning

          The idea is that this generic risk stimulates an early discussion about the delivery environment and how organisation enable better delivery by tackling their own complexity

          It needs lots of work
