As mentioned I’m a visual thinker. Based on last nights discussion I found the attached image helpful as it represents – non complex aspects being dealt with by traditional project management cement – but also complex aspects being dealt with by different complex management knowledge rocks. The aggregated knowledge achieves additional strength and …. a solid pathway to the future.
