ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr Francis Norman has over 30 years of experience in large engineering resources projects where he has held numerous roles culminating in the position of Australian Engineering Manager for a global engineering services provider. His practical experience is combined with an MSc in project management and a PhD which focused on interpersonal communications in project-based virtual teams in the resources sector.
Francis’ passion to understand how people communicate and share knowledge in these large and often complex virtual team environments led him to establish Ulfire Pty Ltd as a specialist consultancy and knowledge hub for the sharing of his insights and experiences.
