This thought leadership series brings together senior project professionals, data experts, policy makers, lawyers, leading academics and other specialists from around the world to harness their collective wisdom and produce new insights and practical steps that organisations can take to improve complex project outcomes. The rapid emergence of data analytics and AI technologies presents both an opportunity and a challenge.
This series explores ‘data’ and ‘analytics’ for decision making and considers the entanglement of the human experience as part of our relationship with machines. The ability to understand data, both hard and soft (quantitative and qualitative), is an important enabler for decision making in complex projects, and critical for improving the performance of projects across multiple sectors.
At the end of the Series, these insights will be communicated via an outcomes report.
