ICCPM COVID-19 Education Support Fund

ICCPM is committed to supporting the development of capability in complex project delivery. Now more than ever, we need project leaders that can work effectively in uncertainty and bring together stakeholders in a project for shared success. We understand that many businesses and individuals have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 restrictions. We are therefore pleased to announce the ICCPM COVID-19 Education Support Fund to assist individuals and small enterprises wanting to upskill and contribute to the success of complex projects and projects being delivered in complex environments.

Accreditation:

Students who attend all Workshops and who are marked competent on all assessment tasks, will receive a Certificate IV in Responding to Organisational Complexity (10195NAT) and a unique digital seal to recognise your achievement.

About the grant:

This is a once-off grant of $800 to support eligible individual paying students wishing to enrol in the online delivery of the ICCPM Cert IV in Responding to Organisational Complexity.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for this grant you must be:

  • an Australian resident.
  • an individual paying for the course privately, or
  • sponsored by an SME with 5 or less employees.
  • able to commit to the advertised delivery date and times.
  • have access to a computer, an internet connection, and a private space.
  • able to access Zoom video conferencing platform (refer to our Video Conferencing Policy)
  • meet the course entry requirements as set out in the student handbook

How will my application be assessed?

Each application will be assessed on a case by case basis.  Factors that will be taken into account include:

  • Motivation for financial assistance
  • Impact – how will participating in this training course impact you and /or your organisation

How will the grant be applied?

The standard full Cert IV course fee for online delivery individual students is $4,869 (GST exempt) per student. Fees are broken up per Workshop and have to be paid in advance of each Workshop delivery by the specified census date.

The $800 grant will be applied as follows:

  • Workshop 1: Complexity in Project Environment (ROCCPE401) $2,233.41
    • Grant allocation $366.96 therefore student contribution $1,866.45 – Census date 24th Sep 2020
  • Workshop 2: Risk & Decision Making in Complex Environ. (ROCDEC401/ROCRSK401) $1,317.80
    • Grant allocation $216.52 therefore student contribution $1,101.28 – Census date 23rd Oct 2020
  • Workshop 3: Lead Through Organisational Complexity (ROCLEA401) $1,317.80
    • Grant allocation $216.52 therefore student contribution $1,101.28 – Census date 15th Jan 2021

Terms and conditions:

  • This grant is a discretionary once-off grant. ICCPM reserves the exclusive right to decide who will receive the grant based on the criteria and the decision is final.
  • Places are limited. Once the maximum number of course positions or the maximum numbers of grants are allocated no further grants will be awarded. Applications will be assessed in the priority order in which they are received.
  • Successful applicants cannot exchange the grant for cash or credit, transfer the grant to any other individual, or exchange for any other ICCPM offering.
  • The grant is applicable to the specified course, mode of delivery, and delivery dates and times. Once enrolled, if you are unable to attend the scheduled online delivery dates the standard refund policy applies to the student contribution portion. No portion of the grant is refundable or transferrable.
  • This grant may not be combined with any other promotion or member benefit.
  • Student contributions must be paid by the census date for each Workshop in order to receive the grant and access to the student materials and online session.
  • It is your responsibility to obtain permission from your employer to attend the online sessions during office hours
