Launch Event

On 27 April at the National Press Club in Canberra we launched the Outcomes Report from the 2016 International Roundtable Series: Contracting for Success in Complex Projects.

ICCPM Chairman, Harry Bradford opened the event, followed by an address from Kim Gillis on behalf of sponsor CASG, followed by Jennifer Goddard from IACCM and Deborah Hein, CEO of ICCPM who presented the report.

This is a significant piece of work that will have an impact on the way we conduct contracting in complex environments.  The paper includes the analysis of the outputs, themes and findings from all of the roundtables as well as recommendations for both the PM and CM communities in relation to people, systems and process changes aimed at improved project delivery.

We acknowledge the sponsors: CASG, Brooke, IP3, NSW Roads and Maritime, Telfer Centre for Executive Leadership, CSIRO, Thales and AIPM.

Thank you to all who participated in the series, the attendees, moderators, facilitators and recorders.  A special thank you to the reviewers who contributed to the report.
