
Australian SMEs Partner with ICCPM
The International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM) is pleased to welcome Australian SMEs: Aquanex Pty Ltd, Camelia Pines Pty Ltd and Five Eyes Consulting Pty Ltd as SME Members. Each of them are currently working on projects to benefit the public sector and private industry. ICCPM will provide the SMEs with training in complex project leadership to support their organisational capability in responding to complex issues and enhance their core Defence-ready skills.
About Aquanex
Aquanex is a water management consulting company focused on providing strategic water planning, water management advice and project management solutions. Their current projects include the Adelaide River Off-Stream Water Storage (AROWS) for the NT Government in association with the Power and Water Corporation and the National Water Grid Authority; and the Electro-Chemical Research and Development Project (EC R&D) for the University of Queensland in partnership with the Water Corporation (WA), Power and Water Corporation (NT), Hydro-dis Australia and Dematec Automation.

Professional Development
Employees from Aquanex, Camelia Pines and Five Eyes Consulting are currently attending the Certificate IV in Responding to Project Complexity (10916NAT). It is an accredited course specifically designed to help project leaders develop the skills and attributes needed to respond effectively to complexity as defined in the Complex Project Manager Competency Standards. The Cert IV is comprised of three workshops: Complexity in Project Environments, Systemic Risk in Decision Making and Complex Project Leadership to improve the outcomes of complex projects.
